For high sec gallente exploration, you might look at an ishtar. For low sec, not sure which gallente hull would be best. (I personally use a weird pilgrim setup.

For pve, forget the Naga.. it doesn't have the tank for it. It does, however, make a nice sniper for pvp.

One word..... Naga.... For a Caldari ship, it's nimble and does solid dps using t2 large hybrids... I was pleasantly surprised by it.

Capitals aren't on the menu for me atm. Going to stick with primarily sub BS for the next year (abysmal gunnery except for rails). I will be bumping most of the lvl 3 rigging skills to 4 prior to the remap but those are minor. Still debating skirm...

Rare/high demand npc or mission skills are normally expensive. Some are LP items from obscure corps as well.
